Honestly, the staff here are great and have way more patience than I would.
They deal with some seriously rude customers and still manage to stay nice and professional.
Some people really need to remember they’re just ordering a coffee, not running the place.

I am a regular here for years and may I say, 5 stars for the staff, 0 stars for some of the customers. 😂 The employees deserve serious credit for staying polite and professional while dealing with people who act like ordering a coffee is a life-or-death emergency. The patience these staff have deserves its own award. Remember, it’s Tim Hortons, not a five-star restaurant with a red carpet waiting specifically for you. ☕😂
I’ve visited this Tim Hortons on Dutch Village Road many times, but my recent experience was the worst. There seems to be a communication gap, as I often receive something different from what I ordered, with poor preparation and quality. Orders are also consistently delayed, whether placed in person or online.
Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.
