First day back to school! Did Tim Hortons remember? NO. It's 11:40am, and 3 people left the line up (left the store), already, which was to the door. The person in front of me came back requesting the tea he ordered because he got a coffee instead. The person taking my order didn't know how to put in a wrap or a latte, then forgot my order. Great food quality with fast and accurate service.
Lovely people work at my usual location. Only negative is on two occasions, at two different locations, we have ordered the bacon cheese melt. Both times the sandwich is cold, not toasted and the cheese is definitely not melted or cut.
