I hate myself for not bringing my cell to take photos BUT.. what we ordered was beautiful. I think they r called seafood cakes not sure but 2 cakes, good size excellent! And the berry spinach salade with pine nuts I believe, OMG! Seafood fettuccine, light full of seafood great and the focaccia bread tasty.
If u r in Cape Breton go to this restaurant. The server Guiness(sorry if I spelled it wrong) so nice and the hostess such an elegant woman. Beautiful site inside and outdoor.
Best seafood chowder ever! With lots of scallops, big pieces of lobster and giant shrimps!
We stayed at the Inverary Resort and ate at Lakeside Restaurant. I was expecting mediocre overpriced food and was pleasantly surprised as the prices were reasonable and the food was outstanding. The seafood chowder was the best we had anywhere in our 3 weeks in Nova Scotia and PEI.
