The reception lady was polite, and helpfull, with lots of information for us and other guest. The room was quaint, clean and suitable for our purpose. We found the bathroom quite small, but for a historic inn, that's to be expected. A full Buffet breakfast was included in the price, which was lovely.
We didn't stay at the resort, but had dinner at the restaurant one evening in Baddeck. The meal was good and nicely presented. The restaurant has a nice view of the water and has a casual atmosphere.
A beautiful location, we had a lovely view of the waterfront from our window. Quiet room, had all the amenities needed. Pool and hot tub available to guests which is always a bonus, it was very clean. We spent time in the lovely bar, the staff working there (Joy in particular) were very friendly and accommodating to us, there was a really positive atmosphere. We also ate in the bar, the food was lovely. We didn't have breakfast included, but we didn't expect it due other...
