I visited Tim’s on October 28, 2025, at around 6:15 PM, and I was very impressed! The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. The manager’s response and professionalism were also outstanding — they really care about their customers. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

One thing always count on From British Columbia to Baddeck Cape Breton Island.....bathrooms need attention... no toilet paper and no hand towels. Congratulations on your consistency

The girl that was working there yestrday needs to improve her custumer service skills. We asked for 25 of one kind and 25 of another kind timbits, but she gave us only one type. She didn't even sad sorry ...
