Shout out to all the staff at Tom’s, we are tourists in town for Festiville. They were absolutely slammed with orders, insane lineups, the place was sweltering hot…but they ran, with smiles on their faces and excellent customer service! Kudos to them for managing to stay positive in the heat and chaos! The food was amazing and well worth the wait!

Ordered a pizza in the craziness of Festiville Baddeck last night. Ordered after the event as we were a vendor. They were flat out all night. Lineups around the patio. Called and the friendly girl on the phone was efficient and sweet. 20 minutes later we had our meat lovers pizza and on our way. It was absolutely delicious. I was impressed after seeing what they went through during the festival. Definitely recommend their pizza and staff. Kudos to your team!
