Despite the many options for local roasters nearby, North Mountain is the only one I drink. I buy the 5 lb whole bean bags and grind it fresh every morning. I recently got a bag that tasted less than spectacular for some reason. After reaching out, they graciously offered to make it better. They did just that. Now I'm back to enjoying fabulous coffee every morning.
These people are truly doing the lord's work in the Annapolis Valley. There isn't a better cup of coffee southwest of Halifax - or in Halifax, to be honest. Most other coffee you can find in the area is foul. Their coffee roasting is probably the best in the province.
