“Excellent food. The owner has just taken over and they don’t have a full menu or full service yet. Time will tell. It was cold in the restaurant but, to be fair, it is off-season and they are just getting started. The food was surprisingly very good. The spring rolls were perfectly cooked and had a light spice to them. You don’t need dipping sauce with them, they are that good. You have a choice between deep fried or pan fried scallops and we chose pan fried. They were perfectly cooked; not over or under done.

I think as they get more experience and get better set up with a full menu, this will be a destination for good seafood and any other food they add to their menu.

I would recommend this place even with the hiccups. You will be pleasantly surprised.“

“I don’t leave too many reviews but wowwwwww. Rebecca’s food was fantastic. In particular, the Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve had in NS, and the coffee cheesecake was OMGawwwwsh delicious. I will go back looking for both of these menu items again. Our server was also delightful, gifting our three year old with a souvenir rock she had hand painted with a lobster which my toddler now proudly displays on her bedside table. Thanks for a lovely lunch. This is a special gem of a restaurant!“
