“We spent Valentine’s eve at Fo’c’sle Tavern in Chester and it was absolutely perfect.

The dining room side felt so welcoming, quaint, and beautifully quiet... exactly the kind of cozy atmosphere you want for a romantic night out.

The room itself was lovely, and the entire experience felt intimate and relaxed.

The service was incredible.. patient, kind, attentive, and genuinely warm.

We never felt rushed, yet everything arrived quickly and smoothly.

We started with the mussels (so fresh and delicious), and both ordered the steak for our mains - easily a 10/10.

Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Truly one of those meals where every bite makes you pause.

The prices were very reasonable for the quality, which made the experience even better.
