“Cafe Marco Polo delights on all fronts. A great selection of in-house baked good (the carrot cake is my favourite); lot's of sandwiches (Montreal smoked meat hits the spot every time); breakfast fare (their in-house breakfast sandwich is yummy!); and friendly, attentive staff. They feature an espresso roast that is one of my favourites on either side of the harbour. The space is great to hang out in—at times bustling, at others, peacefully quiet.“

“I was recommended to visit Two If By Sea Cafe when visiting Halifax for the week.
We ordered two croissants to share, a matcha latte and coffee. Service was great and the food was awesome.

“This is my favorite Tim Hortons in Dartmouth! I know all the staff—they are always friendly, positive, and very attentive. Unfortunately, there’s no place to sit inside, but it’s convenient for takeout. I think they should expand this location so I can happily come here with my child during walks and enjoy a cup of coffee.
It’s also essential to add an accessibility button for people with disabilities, so it’s easier to enter with a stroller. But that’s more of a suggestion for the Tim Hortons management.

“We loved the food! My husband and I went for a quick bite before our movie and we were seated, served and settled up just in time. We ordered half salads and they did not disappoint, our server made a great recommendation. We’ll be back to try some bigger bites.
The decor could be updated to match the quality they’re delivering. It’s definitely a comfortable and cozy space. There was one staff member I could overhear make a complaint to a server about seating choices, we chose the only window seating over the back.“
