on January 2 2023 I had a pick up order and one of the items was triple chocolate pancakes. the only thing I got was the pancakes, not bananas or custard. I called the store to get a rude employee told me they wouldn't give me my money back (after confirming i didn't get the entire order) but i could leave my meal to get cold and come get the items and the manager was too busy to come to the phone, then admitted the manager wasn't there, and the supervisor was too busy to come...read full review
I was never big fan but my daught loves it so I take her on her birthday. That was today. Well my meal was bad I mean bad. the bacon was fake. Just that precooked paper thin slices and my hash browns were burnt on one side and cold on the other. I've tried different things at different time but unless you get pancakes your in for a bad meal. oh and I dislike the custard they put on everything. Sorry.
