“Such a delicious treat!! When you purchase your desired flavour(s), for example blueberry, it tastes as though you have actual blueberries in you mouth. It was the same experience for all the flavours I tried. The tastes are amazing. The owner is also so friendly and welcoming. Pride of ownership is evident from the time you enter their shop until you leave!“
“I’m a regular and I have to say, this place is amazing!Service and taste has been consistent from the start. Their chocolate doesn’t have that “generic” taste to it and really hits the spot. Their dipped cones are so good and their fondue tins are a must try! I had their hazelnut fondue tin with some crispy dough snack I had at home and it was such a delight! You can also mix different chocolate flavours which is awesome when you want to try something new. Their other desserts are also great. They are generous with the servings and chocolate, something which my friends and I appreciate. The staff is friendly and allow you to try the different dip flavours, which is really nice.I don’t think I can get bored of this place.“
“Overall, good ice cream and food. But, some ice cream flavours are definitely better than others (some are starkly mediocre) and I often find myself disappointed in the flavour choices — I just want some classic ice cream options and often they have more specialty flavours or fruit sorbets. Grilled cheese and burritos are amazing, soups can be hit or miss. I have found myself, unfortunately, feeling Dee Dee’s is overrated at times.“

“Stopped in while on an evening walk along the waterfront. Enjoyed ice cream in a waffle cone. Ice cream was good, but the waffle cone really elevated the entire taste. I’ve since been back twice and noticed that the ice cream flavors are not always available. Staff working the counter are friendly and offer generous scoops.“
“Family and I ordered mango-banana crepe with milk chocolate topping and vanilla soft serve. I cannot express properly how much I looove the milk chocolate topping, it’s sweet as it should be and delicious as it is. The vanilla soft seve ice cream is yummy as well. Parking is a breeze. Wheelchair-accessible with the push button. The server was friendly and patient with our transaction. The shop has 2 sets of tables and chairs plus bar seatings. Highly recommended! Will be back here soon!“
