Went through the drive thru this morning and was very disappointed about the orange juice (a medium) was now a juice box . I asked if I could have a iced coffee also for my inconvenience, they kindly explained why they could not do this for me and I do understand. Still think the juice box was not a reasonable substitution given the small size but I just wanted to give a shout out to the 2 employees who dealt with me in the drive thru they are truly customer service super stars...read full review
i stayed in Dartmouth for 10 days and came here a LOT. food was always quick and really good but also the staff was always super friendly and the security guard let me borrow his rapid phone charger because i was going on a long bus trip that day! 2 rooms with lots of seating. this was the first place i tried the Strawberry Passionfruit Fruit Splash drink and it was the best thing ever. so so good. love this place. favorite mcdonalds :))

The food was good. However, once again, my order was wrong when going through the drive-through. Last time, I was short a coffee and had to pay for it at the second window. This time, I was short a tea, only I did not bother to get another one. Their mistake again, so i went home and made my own. My suggestion is to get better headsets or hire someone who can place the oder correctly.
