terrible wait time, breading was disgusting. Got a refund.go somewhere else
I have been a customer for years and the fish was always good. I went today and the fish was sooo overcooked and very thin pcs. fries were good but had to scoop out the little bit of fish from the rock hard batter. It was like rubber. I'll try one more time in the future, maybe.
Amazing homemade crab cakes!! ❤️

Catch of the Bay Fish and Chip Boat is a charming eatery with a unique setup, where food is prepared on a boat and served with a pager system. The menu features fresh and delicious fish and chips, including a tow-piece order option with huge pieces of fish. Guests can enjoy great fish and fries along with a variety of fresh seafood, such as haddock or shellfish sourced from Bay of Fundy. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, with a best value menu available for $16.99. Customers can choose to pair their meals with fries, potato salad, or onion rings, or opt for sandwich options. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a large sand area for children to play while waiting, and it is wheelchair accessible. There is a cute little patio on the side of the boat, providing outdoor seating. The staff are friendly, and there are plenty of parking spots available, making it a great stop at Masstoawn Market. While the food and experience are generally great, some guests have noted that the fish burger might not be the best choice, as the bun didn't compliment the fish well. The portions are huge and look and taste amazing, with well-organized service. Although there can be a long wait, it is not unexpected, and the food is very good, including the jumbo fish and chips. Many visitors are thrilled to find that the fish and chips are gluten-free and recommend planning a visit when traveling to or from Nova Scotia.
