“I tasted my first Exile on North Street at the Library Pub in Wolfville yesterday! Wow! It knocked me off my chair with lip smacking flavours! My wife who’s not a big IPA drinker lapped it up and we both look forward to picking some up at Unfiltered Brewing and tasting it and all their offerings real soon! “We love Garrison! Great spot to drop in for a casual beer and take in the port vibes. Their patio seems to get sun much later than many other spots downtown, it’s our go-to if we’re looking for a sunny spot.

Also, huge shoutout to the staff who are always friendly. They even pulled up a few of the deck planks to retrieve my lost wedding ring - true hero’s! ❤️“

“An absolute MUST if you're into wicked awesome tasty local taps! Especially if you enjoy super casual easy-going staff. The pub menu is perfect! LOVE the wings!! They even have vegan wings, YEAH!! Definitely enjoying Smokehouse Taproom again and again. AWESOME“

“This is our local taproom. I just love this place. Great bunch of people...staff and patrons. A great place to relax and enjoy some good conversation. The beer is the best in Halifax if you're into craft beer. Always a great selection and the beers rotate frequently so you never get tired of drinking the same thing....unless of course you want to. They have some specialty snacks to enjoy with your favorites beer too. They do not serve food, but you're welcome to bring in whatever your heart desires, in to eat. Jesse's Pizza and CHKN CHOP are just steps away.A couple of my favorite beers are 12 Years to Zion, DOA and Flat Black Jesus. I'm sure you'll have your own favorites.“
