Then there was the 'nduja sauce and red lentils – oh, what a pairing! The sauce added just the right kick, and the lentils brought a comforting earthiness that grounded the dish. And those fermented carrots? Their sharpness and the skill in their preparation were nothing short of impressive. Drift was amazing, from the fantastic and next level servers to the wine, and then finally to the seafood tower. The oysters on half shell, the mussels, the lobster and crab salad, the scallops ceviche and everything else included was just what we were looking for. What a great experience, and one we could not leave Halifax without having. We won't forget this dinner for a long time.“
