From the second I walked into Gio I immediately felt comfortable. The chill atmosphere is amazing! The staff are ALL friendly and professional, Oscar and the lovely Kiwi hostess are both ROCKSTARS! The menu is both delicious and innovative. I started with the smoked scallops (get the sourdough bread for the stunning garlic sauce!). This is definitely a hidden gem. The service was outstanding and the food absolutely delicious! I had one of their signature cocktails an it exceeded expectations. We ordered two appetizers, a mixed greens salad which was very large, if we had not been sharing we would not have been able to eat our entrees, and the ceviche.
