“Friendly staff and great service“

“I always go to this location on my trek to work. The staff is always friendly and some know me by order and name. Sometimes there's a slip up with an order but everyone is kind and understanding and quickly remedy the mistake. It's is a crazy fast paced environment and I see how some assholes treat the foreign staff, makes me sick. Have some patience ffs“

“Love the coffee , much better than Starbucks“

“Almost always crowded, being in Scotia square. Service could be a bit more speedy, Tim's is usually known for their speed. But other than that, they run out of stuff soon and closes by 6 PM. Thats nt their fault, the whole tower closes by 6 though. Overall, liked it.“

“The service was fast and efficient. I am always placing multiple orders for my coworkers and the staff are always very accommodating. They have no issue with me placing multiple orders so that my coworkers can get their points and deals. Even though the orders are confusing at times, the staff never make any errors which I appreciate.

“Very cool location. My wrap was actually grilled (unlike the token heating they seem to get at Ottawa locations). Service sucked. Hard to get the staff’s attention and even then they were unfriendly and acted like customers were an annoyance.“

“We went through the drive thru on Saturday afternoon. We got 3 drinks ...1 medium vanilla ice capp made with chocolate milk. I saw that one was made wrong at the window, made with milk. They fixed it. We also ordered 1xl coffee 2 milk 2 sugar. Plus a medium dark roast coffee with 2 cream one sweatner.We left and I dropped my friend off and went home. when home we saw one of the other drinks was wrong. I called my friend to tell her. She replied her drink was made wrong too. The XL was made with cream and not milk. The medium was not dark roast and was milk and not cream. That is 3 drinks all made wrong. The order was repeated 2 times at the time of order and 2 times again at the window. The workers need to take time to read the screen to make the order correct.“

I can understand the frustration and bad reviews of people make the worker insecure… I feel that the girls who work there are best… I have best customer service experience… they were so nice… friendly people.. I like the atmosphere… I got it… some people are racist and rude to workers… I have faced a lot every single day.. don’t let them to affect these girls work.. <3“
