“I heard how good poutine is....I am more of a french fry purist...I didnt like my fries wet and soggy. It was interesting to try and glad I did, its what you do in Canada! The fries were good, and curds and gravy were good. Soggy wet fries are not my thing. It was a bit more like carnival food. Definitely try it when you are here or if you like the idea of fries covered in gravy. It was good, just not my thing.“
