Refusing to make food the way the Customer wants it is a poor way to generate return business.
I was a loyal customer of yours from the day the first Cheese Curds opened.
.loyalty is a two way street.
The restaurant is messy, the food wasn't very good and the chicken was low quality. I asked if there was cutlery in the bag and was told, yes there is. There wasn't.
We ordered 3 veggies burritos. They had no options for black turtle beans or Bombay curry, and honestly, it was the end of the day, so, we were too late for that. However, they were served cold. Like, not lukewarm cold, ice cold. My child and I had already opened the burrito and taken bites, so we were out of luck but I warned my spouse and they brought their unopened burrito back for reheating and it was served again, cold.
