The food is great, service and location BUT I have friends that will not go because ' It looks dirty there.' They say the carpet is dingy looking and old and the place needs a make over and I tend to agree with them. I personally love it there and my daughter gave me a gift card for Christmas last year for there HOWEVER it did me NO GOOD BECAUSE MY FRIENDS DID NOT WANT TO GO...........

Our experience at Jim's family restaurant was awesome. The service was quick, prices were reasonable and a nice portion size. Brianna, our server, was friendly, attentive and helpful in recommending some delicious choices. We will be telling our friends and family in NB to be sure to check this place out! They will not be disappointed!
My clubhouse was the worst sandwich I have ever had. The restaurant was freezing cold so by the time your plate got to the table the fries were cold. The turkey was discussing I can't believe they would even serve it
My husband had the special steak but Med rare is Well done! Oh well there are many restaurants in the bedford area I will probably not go there again. Our waitress was wonderful.
