KFC offers quick service and inviting ambiance. The popcorn is a favorite among customers. While some found the staff unresponsive and rude, others appreciate the efficiency and kindness. The restaurant was extremely dirty in some visits, but recently it looked clean and fresh. The consistency of service over the years is commendable. The absence of extra crispy chicken was disappointing for some, but the boneless box is just wonderful.
