The food was burnt dry and inedible. It tasted as if it was made hours prior to delivery. When I complained (which I don’t usually do) they offered a medium pizza and to take away the large bc three pieces were eaten by my hungry kids. The garlic fingers were the same. Last time I spend 50 dollars here!
Went to Randy’s for 2 donairs.
Didn’t eat them until later in the evening and while opening it and starting to eat it I noticed a hair wrapped in one of the donair meat.
I called them asking for a refund or a new donair and they said nope they can’t do anything.
No refund. No new donair.
All they said they could do was 50% off my next purchase but that was after I made a fuss about them not doing anything.
