STAY AWAY!!!! Purchased one med donair that looked like a small & a lrg donair that looked like a xtra lrg. When we got home & opened them, all the sauce was on the tinfoil. We had to try & scrape sauce off tinfoil & put on the donair. Clld Randy’s & xplnd the sauce was on the tinfoil instead of the donair. The lady that answered the phone xplnd to me 3 times how they make donairs. I told her I know how to make a donair. She asked us to bring them back, I told her I wasn’t drvg back downtown. I asked her to out me down for two donairs. She said she couldn’t. So she offered to have 2 delivered for free & send the two back. Got new donairs with sauce on the side. Ow we had donairs with cold sauce. NEVER again.

Randy's for the win! This is the Donair I come home for! Subtlety spicy meat, generous portion, properly cooked pita, and awesome sauce! All that was missing was the hangover and memories (or not) of shenanigans! Ps-no pic because it got eaten too quickly!

Like others leaving bad reviews I ordered food didn’t receive my full order but did pay for it called them I was told they didn’t take the order I asked for which location I could speak with Randy at being I’ve been a customer for 25 plus yrs I knew Randy would compensate me or send my food but was hung up on and then they refused to answer my number upon calling back so if you do want your money stolen call Randy’s because upon reading these reviews it seems to be common practice

Outstanding donair. Super friendly staff, the cooks there were so nice and gave me the best first time donair experience as someone from BC!! Went to another place for a donair and didn't enjoy it as much. Will definitely go back to Randy's!

Waited 1.5 hrs for a 30 min delivery. Delivery person argued with us that we were at the wrong address ??? Never showed up, 9 starving teenage girls now having to wait for another pizza company to deliver some food. The worst service I have ever had. Randy's pizza in Lower Sackville is the exact opposite, friendly, great customer service, food on time every single time.
