If you would like an amazing culinary experience then you should definitely try the Barrington Steakhouse! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The staff were absolutely incredible. The host, the server, the bartender were all so great and made our dinning experience unforgettable. We came to Halifax for our 12th anniversary this weekend. When booking on line for Saturday at 7 pm, we accidently booked Sunday by mistake. We showed up Saturday and naturally there was no booking in our name for 7 pm. The hostess / Asst General Manager Grace Dakin found us a table that was available til 8:30 and then made some changes so we could stay longer to enjoy our meal without hurrying. Honestly this was one of our worst restaurant experiences. The waitress introduced her self to us by moving our seats because one else had reserved them. We had reservations as well. She didn't even give us her name.
