One of my favourite places to eat. While the food is great, it is the staff that make the dining experience special. A very casual pub.Parking: Downtown city location so there are parking garages and street parking but you may have to walk a block or two. Worth the walk.

Had supper for six at the new stubborn goat location. Positive energy, ambience, and atmosphere with dark wood and brick and lots of noise and the restaurant was absolutely full. The specialty the house seems to be mac & cheese and most of our party had it in different flavours and all seemed to enjoy. I had the classic pepperoni pizza And only ate half. Gave the rest to a homeless person while walking back.Reasonably priced and fast friendly service, so would highly recommend.

The food was delicious and well portioned. I got the winter squash and ricotta Mac and cheese, which was unique while hitting the comfort food vibe I wanted. Service was great and the atmosphere was comfortable and cozy without being crowded. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely lunch yesterday at the Goat. Our server was very sweet and attentive. The mac and cheese + burgers were delicious and the atmosphere was cozy, comfortable and fun! Always a pleasure. One of our favourite spots. See you again soon!
This was a bit disappointing experience for my wife and I. When we arrived we were not seated in the tables we had booked which was an issue (we were put in uncomfortable high top table). Luckily they freed up space and got us seated properly which was appreciated. My wife ordered the smash burger and I the chicken burger. Each was quite underwhelming. Not horrible but just fair. Caesar salad was disappointing. Server was excellent though so that was a bright spot...oh and music tracks they were playing was great as well. Will not be my first choice back though if in the area again because of food experience.

Great meal and great service. Goat Bread was awesome! We had a reservation before a show at the Neptune and were pleasantly surprised that they offer a discount to theatre-goers.

I made a reservation weeks in advance for 7pm! Upon arrival we were given the worst table in the pub! In was in the middle of floor, stools with no backs, therefore no place for purses or coats. Our waitress was indifferent and it was super loud and we couldn’t wait to leave! Note; we frequented the past location many times and were always pleased. Not a good experience a mediocre one at best.
