This Tim Hortons is always fantastic. All the staff and the manager are very friendly and accommodating. I usually order through the app and the few times they weren’t able to complete an order (due to running out of stock) they’ve offered me a replacement item of similar or better value. A big thank you to all the staff here! You’re amazing.
Drinks are made fairly quickly for such busy spot staff usually remember orders which is nice but the way they treat each other as coworkers in front of people's or sometimes even customers could definitely improve
So, I had a bit of a rocky start with this place when I ordered an Iced Coffee, but I gotta give credit where it's due—they really turned things around after I shared my feedback.
