my first tim hortons wow ! the timbits were awesome, very fresh, soft, and great flavors :) got there at a pretty good time as there was barely a line and the service was very efficient so there was hardly a wait :) appreciated the free wifi, too!
Update: Since Covid this location had been tremendously slow. I mean horribly. The dining room does not look cared for during the day. The same peices of garbage that were on the floor in the morning are still there more than 8 hours later... such bad service for such a prominent location. What happened....
Always fast, being right on the waterfront they get busy, i mean real busy, with the line snaking through the store, but they still get the line taken care...

Very cool location. My wrap was actually grilled (unlike the token heating they seem to get at Ottawa locations). Service sucked. Hard to get the staff’s attention and even then they were unfriendly and acted like customers were an annoyance.
