Our cruise ship stopped in Port. We wanted Boba tea so we found this place and it’s excellent tastes just like back home in Texas
Very good place, clean and customer friendly.
better than chatime
Very good!
Did they change ownership? Cause it is not definitely half good as it was before, the same drink I used to get all the time now is tasteless and the quality is horrible now.
Don’t think I’ll go back
Not good like before… very disappointed.
Used to come here all the time and after some months went back, store and staff changed. We order two drinks both made wrong, went to change only once because it was extremely sweet, even thought I said 30%. Went inside to ask a remake, and where nice about it and made another one, but unfortunately it was just plane milk with ice at this point. I appreciate the remade but the boba was not even fully cooked as well, very upsetting.
Never coming back here.
The tapioca pearls tasted extremely burnt to the point it was unbearable and i had to throw it out. i got a brown sugar milk tea and it tastes nothing like one.
I got the passionate fruit green tea. It was absolutely delicious. However, the tapioca was so hard you might as well put rocks in my drink. Cute place, but looks dirty. Service was okay, nothing special.
I absolutely do not recommend this establishment for visiting! The service here is terrible. You can stand there for five minutes and they will not even pay attention to you, as if you do not exist. I do not understand who this establishment was created for if these people do not care about the service and visitors.
There are several other establishments nearby where you are always welcome, so don't waste your time here.
Not great. The tapioca was very inconsistent, some good some hard. For a dedicated bubble tea place I expect a lot better, this was the first time I've ever been disappointed by a bubble tea. They were also out of a lot of the menu items.

We stopped at this place for a matcha bubble latte tea but couldn't even have it. The staff member took our order and used a spoon straight from the sink to add the ingredients, which was concerning. He rinsed the cup, which was in the sink, just with water before using it to make the drink. Then, he went to the back, closed the curtain, just to add tap water (we heard the faucet) There were numerous transport food cooler bags thrown on the bottom part of the sink, and the sink was disgusting. It felt very unhygienic and made it difficult to trust the safety of what we would be drinking. Additionally, the pictures shown on Google do not match the actual place. I'm really not picky, and it is rare for me, as a business owner, to leave a bad review, but this experience was really bad.
It was closed during canada day and the day after. I missed it
Very very bad experience at White Alley Bubble Tea. Ordered their special tea and got the worst bubble quality—some were rock hard, others hard like jelly. Place lacked hygiene, saw flies near the prep area while the chef made my tea.😡
STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
The absolute WORST bubble tea ever. We simply ordered one cheese foam black tea, and it tasted exactly like water. The tapioca was horrible, it was just chewy and had no sweetness to it. We threw the entire tea out. It was a shame and a waste of money.
