I am an extreme vegetarian, and priya went out of her way to offer to make me pizza with toppings from a completely different station so there would be no meat contact. “Walked into this place in 1999, when I was 17. It was after midnight and we were coming from a wedding with a bathtub filled with beer. Somehow when the front desk guy at our hotel gave us directions to a restaurant, we misheard him and took a right instead of a left. Found our way to the place an hour or so later and was informed of recent "goin' ons" in the neighborhood. The delivery driver, drove these 2 naive teenage Islanders back to the hotel to make sure we got there. Good times. Slices were worth it. Thanks!“

Had the house special pizza and fried shrimp, both were great thought shrimp seemed like something you could purchase at Safeway, it was all presented well! Pizza crust was reminiscent of old school pizza 74 crust that was baked in oil - golden crusty goodness. Server was friendly, upbeat, and did a great job managing all tables solo. Chicken salad was much better than I expected, a great way to pretend to be healthy, and very tasty. Pickles in salads are underrated. Medium was a good size for me.

A little slower than expected for a fast food place, but they did seem busy.

“We had excellent service on Canada Day 2024 with our friendly waitress Pal. She was very helpful and kept checking on our party of 12 ages from 3 to 80, to make sure everyone had what they wanted. She put treats on the Robot and had the children go get their treats off the tray on it, which was a highlight for them. We could tell she enjoys waitressing because she does it to perfection. The food was delicious and plated appetizingly, too!“

Armaan Rahimi was in the kitchen looking displeased until I tipped neno 20 and told him 10 for Mr Rahimi. Armaan Rahimi made my donairs so well with passion(I saw him put some secret sauce in de he) and neno was very nic and hooked us up for only 40$ for 20 donairs sense I was hooking him some sloppy at the end. Nenos is my favorite pizza joint (and place to smoke a joint(neno got some the craziest za on planet)) in Canada (visiting from Columbia) highly recommend to any apprentice electricians looking for a quick meal or famies of 40 looking to work out a deal to feed everyone for cheap.

You used to be my go to for everything and I keep trying and hoping that things have improved but one week I'll get a large donair and it's a large and tastes good, next week ill order a large donair and get a small burnt one. same thing with donair subs. I just paid $15 for a large donair, it was tiny and the sauce on it taste like milk not at all like donair sauce. Done with spending good money and getting something different every time I won't try again that's for sure.“
