“Some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten“

“I recommend no to use the pre-order feature. On two separate occasions I ordered early in the day for my pizza to be ready at a specific time. Both times it wasn’t even in the oven when I arrived to pick it up. There is a reason people pre-order…tie to switch pizza restaurants.“

“Hands down best pizza, service and atmosphere there is. Karam and priya were so accommodating. I am an extreme vegetarian, and priya went out of her way to offer to make me pizza with toppings from a completely different station so there would be no meat contact. Then cleaned every utensil before using, and was extremely careful when making my pizza. These 2 workers go out of their way to give customers the best possible experience. The owner is so friendly and accommodating with my dairy issues, I love that I can finally enjoy pizza again and the cheese actually melts and tastes good. “Robert’s Donair is a true little gem in the HRM. A friend of mine recommended this spot to me. My first visit yielded me the “Robert’s Special” sub. I was NOT prepared at just how tasty & massive a small sub was. Piled high with fresh cut meat (pepperoni, salami, Donair meat) and the fixin’s. The Donair meat was very tasty…with the right amount of spice! I could only manage to eat half of it. Wow!

It was so delicious that I went back before I left the city. I ordered a 16” pizza with pepperoni, bacon, ground beef & green peppers (on my half. My wife wanted onions.). The crust was rolled out & tossed before me, and the ground beef was delicious. I used to work at a pizza joint where we cooked the beef & then ground it in the machine. That’s the way to do it. Again, generous toppings, and the crust had that perfect balance of chew & softness.

What also made a huge impression on me was the owner & his staff were super friendly. We talked about what brought me in at 11:30 pm at night (late night hungries & early morning flight out of town). When I went back, he asked me about my weekend trip to Toronto. Now that is personalized service $ the way you solidify a return customer. I woulda went back based on the food alone but Mr. Kafour & staff made a great experience.

Located on Windmill Road in Dartmouth, this little nondescript place offered the best pizza & oven sub I had in a long time!!!

“Today my husband got our car stuck coming onto Prince Albert Road when he was on his way home from Physio. Many people drove by him not stopping. Suddenly a man with a truck stopped and helped him get our car out. All the man asked is that he leave a nice comment to his pizza shop, Leo’s Pizza. My husband and I never heard of Leo’s and had to google it to see where it was and luckily it was close by. We both agreed that we definitely wanted to give Leo’s our business so we went right over there to order some pizzas for lunch. He was at the shop when we arrived and got to thank him again. We didn’t get his name but if you’re out there; thank you again for stopping to help my husband. As for the pizza; it was absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to have our 9 year old Autistic son try it when he gets home as pizza is his most favourite thing. “I tried this for the first time this week visiting from Ontario. Id like to make a point about the owner and staff who were very friendly and welcoming and excited for me to try their product. My honest review of this pizza, the sauce has an excellent taste, crust is nice and thin and crunchy where it counts, not overdone and baked in an old school oven which I love. One thing I will make note on is the cheese, I think it's just the brand that's being used is on the cheaper side and makes it a little rubber-like. Though I understand in these tough times for businesses and just about everyone that you have to save where you can. Does it ruin the pizza? no. Would it make it that much better with something more quality absolutely. I will definitely be going back for more in the future. Great spot, and great prices, you can't go wrong.“

“It’s a little Caesar’s. It’s run exactly how you would want. The classics are almost always hot and ready and when you order ahead they’re quick to get your food ready and placed in the warmer. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and it’s pretty much always been the same.“

“I always order through Skip and I have never, EVER been disappointed. Randy’s is my litmus test on local pizzeria’s. Their Greek salad is my bar (it’s ridiculously good). Pizza, sub steak subs and stellar customer service! They’re adored by the locals for good reason.
