“was recommended to try by a friend. Who was in the area tonight visiting my dad and Sackville, so we decided to stop in. We were able to walk up to the counter and order and within a few minutes we had delicious fresh subs. I'm not sure what everybody's reviews are saying you cannot walk in and order. maybe this was during covid times? That you had to call beforehand. regardless we didn't have to do that and the subs were some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.“

“I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for many years, and I’ve always appreciated the consistency and quality of the food. It’s been my go-to place whenever I wanted something fresh and satisfying, and I’ve never been let down — until tonight.

To my surprise, the mayo has clearly been changed, and it makes a world of difference in the overall taste of the sandwich. The new version doesn’t have the same flavor or creaminess that made the original so good. Instead of enhancing the sandwich, it overpowered it in a way that was disappointing and honestly made the whole meal far less enjoyable.

It might seem like a small change, but to longtime customers like me, the mayo was a key part of why the sandwiches tasted so great. When something you’ve loved for years suddenly changes, it really stands out — and not in a good way.

I truly hope Subway takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders bringing back the original mayo. For me, and I’m sure for many others, it was part of what made the Subway experience unique and worth returning for time and time again. It feels like the end of an era… I may need to hold a candlelight vigil for the old mayo. 🕯️🥪“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !! The Prospect Road location is going to be such a well loved location - so much so that, I don’t think the staff realized how much of the community would flock there. They’re BUSY, and out of ingredients, but the staff there were HUSTLING around, smiling and getting orders out that they could. I expect delays at the beginning. They never expected so much traffic, give them patience folks and expect a mess up in your order possibly or wait until they are fully loaded and in the flow with the area. Otherwise incredible sub (despite picking off a couple things I didn’t ask for), the bread was amazing, still 10/10 would go back, and didn’t even care it was chaotic. Inside though although small, its essentially a novelty convenience store with local goodies. They have a little bakery section with homemade stuff, the moon mist fudge was incredible and a must try! They also had a bunch of “Jones Soda” flavours that I’ve never seen before anywhere around here - even at the big candy stores, (like s’mores and the fallout edition one) which was pretty cool!! They still have ice cream and everything that was at multi scoop - just with a lot more options and delicious fresh options to go. Something for ANYONE at a really reasonable price. Prospect needed this so much - thank you, and good luck with your continued success! 🎉♥️“

“Great sandwiches. I had the Bella Roma. It was a pure and delicious Italian sub. Honestly surprised that a sandwich shop like this even exists in Halifax. Strongly recommend for a really good sandwich in town. Hoping that they can lengthen their hours so that I can go on the weekends and for dinner.“
