“was recommended to try by a friend. Who was in the area tonight visiting my dad and Sackville, so we decided to stop in. We were able to walk up to the counter and order and within a few minutes we had delicious fresh subs. I'm not sure what everybody's reviews are saying you cannot walk in and order. maybe this was during covid times? That you had to call beforehand. regardless we didn't have to do that and the subs were some of the best I've ever had. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.“

“Ordered the Shawarma Chicken Wrap online for pickup. It was ready when promised, however, the chicken in the wrap is extremely salty and the rice very gritty and hard to chew. This wrap could be really good if the salt tamed down and perhaps the rice washed better before cooking.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !! The Prospect Road location is going to be such a well loved location - so much so that, I don’t think the staff realized how much of the community would flock there. They’re BUSY, and out of ingredients, but the staff there were HUSTLING around, smiling and getting orders out that they could. I expect delays at the beginning. They never expected so much traffic, give them patience folks and expect a mess up in your order possibly or wait until they are fully loaded and in the flow with the area. Otherwise incredible sub (despite picking off a couple things I didn’t ask for), the bread was amazing, still 10/10 would go back, and didn’t even care it was chaotic. Inside though although small, its essentially a novelty convenience store with local goodies. They have a little bakery section with homemade stuff, the moon mist fudge was incredible and a must try! They also had a bunch of “Jones Soda” flavours that I’ve never seen before anywhere around here - even at the big candy stores, (like s’mores and the fallout edition one) which was pretty cool!! They still have ice cream and everything that was at multi scoop - just with a lot more options and delicious fresh options to go. Something for ANYONE at a really reasonable price. “Fresh ingredients, well made sandwich, excellent quantity and quality. I was amazed how the employee manage all these orders by himself during rush hour. The Administration of the Gary Martin location should schedule at least 2 employees to handle all the customers during the weekend specially after the hockey games. I feel bad for the young guy trying to do his best by himself. I saw the same situation at the Mill Cove location. Great employees should be treated better.“

“On the way to work I decided to stop in here as it was a presentation of my son's school before I had to leave to work and I needed to check email. The wife and I bought some food and sat in the corner of the establishment. It was one word cozy.Just a spot I've passed every day. The service was good and all consider stopping there if I'm getting breakfast in the morning again.

“I just went in to this Subway for a quick dinner as I’m too burnt out to cook. I wish I got the employees name because she deserves a raise! When I walked in, I could hear she was already in a wholesomely friendly conversation with the customer ahead of her, discussing and bonding over their culture and speaking Punjabi.
When it was my turn to order, I do not say this lightly, she made me the BeST subway sandwich I’ve ever had.
I try not to be too demanding but she clued in to every word I spoke in regards to veggie amounts, sauce amount (I like lots of veggies, little sauce) and she nailed it, as if she’s been taking my Subway order forever.

She was also smart with business and tried to upsell me, but knew to smile and understand because I don’t need a drink (I have Gatorade at home).

Instead, I ordered one cookie along my sub. When she packaged my cookie, another crumbled and she put in the extra cookie pieces stating “I’d rather not waste it” (again with a smile)- I will always appreciate an employee not wanting to waste food in this economy and being generous instead of unnecessarily wasteful.

Based on the customer service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff I experienced.. I don’t go in person to subway often, but if I do it will be here.
