Do not try and order from here if you do not live right in New Glasgow. We are a family of seven, was gonna put in a large order (normally in Ontario, delivery distance maximum is 25km before an upcharge of delivery is applied) only to find out they charge 30$ for a 10km delivery. Not worth it.
We placed an order online. Received the food after a signifiant delay because the driver had received the wrong address from Greco. I called the store to see if we could be compensated and was told the manager would call me back. Never did. I felt bad for the driver because he went to the wrong address, wasted his time and gas. The food was cold and needless to say a huge disappointment. Greco isn’t the same as it was years ago.

First time ordering since they reopened and they weren't answering phones... went in and it took an hour and a half to get my pizza because they didn't submit the order through the computer.Second time stopping by with my son and I picked up two slices and was handed two tiny square slices from a party pizza.It's worse than how it was run previously.
