Angela M is unprofessional, maybe your not having a great day but it's definitely not the customers fault. Told several people she just doesn't care, one guy asked for another drink because he's had no carbonation and she told him she wasn't going to check, no one else that ordered wants a flat drink either. Even as I picked up my food she was still mumbling under her breath.
Warm flat Diet Coke, burnt cold French fries, and a lukewarm double cheeseburger. The only value in the Extra Value meal was a table indoors on a hot day. I should have just stuck with my peanut butter sandwich.
At 9 pm May4..Just ordered a soft drink. A few customers waiting..one poor guy doing all the work preparing orders..another young lady slowly sweeping the floor all around the guy..she didn't even look up at waiting customers. Finally she poured my drink. Hats off to the young man doing everything while that young lady should be taught about the importance of customer service as it appears she lacks that skill.
