I just ordered the BOGO 2 Piece Chicken Box Box Meal from KFC, and I’m honestly so impressed. The deal itself is amazing buy one and get the second one free. I wasn’t expecting the quantity to be this generous. Each box came with two pieces of delicious Original Recipe chicken, a side, a biscuit, fries, and a drink. Everything was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor.
The chicken had that perfect crispy coating with tender, juicy meat inside. The sides were more than enough and super tasty. I actually had to bring some food home because there was so much of it. The photo I shared only shows half of what I received. That’s how much food came with this deal.
If you’re looking for something satisfying and worth every dollar, I highly recommend trying the Box Box Meal. This is one of the best fast food deals I’ve had in a while, and I’ll definitely be ordering it again.

I've given this spot 3 tries in the last couple months. Every single time it takes 10 min for someone to actually walk up to the counter, and another 20 minutes for 1 chicken burger. It takes less time to drive to new minas and get your food than it does waiting in coldbrook.

Food wasn’t even warm, the gravy was the only thing that was hot, you had to pretty much yell at the cashier cause the Indian music was blasting so loud, I mean sorry, but please play the local radio station and keep it down enough to at least hear the customers, I don’t care what music play when the store is closed.
Had to wait at least 10 minutes for the cashier to appear even after one of the guys seen us and walking by a couple times and then he just disappeared, so after 10 minutes another guy pops out and takes our order, which took about 15-20 minutes to come out, and like I said the only hot was the gravy unfortunately.
KFC in New Minas has gone down hill and I believe it can’t get much worse, sad used to be fantastic customer service and the food once upon a time was great also, days of old now.

After being ignored at the counter for 10 minutes they finally took our order for it to take 40 minutes to get to us so in the meantime I was walking around the restaurant and then decided I don't think I want to eat here anyway with how dirty it was
Absolutely terrible how long it took for me to get my food I went threw the drive threw only 3 cars in front of me and it took 35 mins to get my food I couldn't back out of it because there was a car behind me as well so I was stuck waiting

Phenomenal service, the vibe in KFC New Minas is very calm, clean, and not too busy. Friendly staff, and the chicken is consistently perfect portions and fresh. A sweet young lady at the front counter constantly greets me with a smile on her face and helps me with anything I need. She goes above and beyond each time.

This is SAD! I got the zinger box and guess how many popcorn chicken was provided? 7 pieces! Not even with a sleeve! Obviously the advertisement shows a lot more, but I wasn’t expecting this sad thing!

I swear that the KFC in New Minas is the absolute worst store in the history of the franchise. Their menus are a complete bloody mess and impossible to read, they never have anything that’s on the menu, if they do have it it’s gonna take them 20 minutes to cook it. Their sign out front has a very cryptic message of $10.99 chicken but it doesn’t say what it is and it’s not on any board inside. Twice in the last month I’ve gone into this place and walked out after being entirely frustrated that they have nothing and our charging a fortune for it. Thank you, Mary Brown’s because I will never be back to KFC in New Minas. On top of that, if you try to call the store to speak to a manager or launch a complaint, it rings once and then hangs up on you. I’ve reported them to corporate. They should be shut down. I wish I could’ve given them a lower rating
