Have had pleasant experiences here with the staff, friendly. Mobile pickup is very inconvenient having to go in and out of gates. Drink quality is pretty good, but when a grande is way under filled that is a problem.

I decided I wanted to get Starbucks on a nice Sunday morning and I was unable to because I waited 30 minutes well this one guy was worried about cleaning tools instead of the big line of people that were waiting to get their orders taken. I waited 30 minutes In the line hoping that somebody would take my order eventually, but not everybody has all the time in the world to wait 40 minutes for a Starbucks drink that cost $10 so I ended up leaving, but there was two workers at the start until one of them decided they wanted to go on break during a rush. Very unprofessional.

A person should not have to Wait 40 mins to get a cappuccino . I ordered online at 4:35 pm and did not receive my order until 5:10 pm you have one guy working alone on a Saturday afternoon. Not acceptable give these guys some help.

I've gone to this location a few times and I always get the dragon fruit refresher with "coconut beverage" the taste of coconut is no where to be found compaired to the other stores in the city! disappointing every time!
I was ordering for myself & my daughter, who wasn't with me. The barista immediately said "that sounds like ☆☆☆☆ order"! And of course it was for her...now that's good customer service!!

First of all - Gladys is amazing !Jennifer is the worst at following directions in the order tickets. I have allergies and when I say no oat milk that needs to be followed. Her body language is completely uncalled for when she is clearlyIn the wrong.
