I was served a flacid, stale. chocolate croissant.. around $4... with a mediocre coffee, about $8 total. It lived up to the quality of the one held captive in the display cabinet guaranteed at least 3 days old..DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE!... back to Tim's for me!

I ordered a hot vente vanilla steamer with whipped cream, cinnamon and pecan crunch on top. I ordered on doordask for pickup. My husband drove from the hospital for the pickup order. He came back with a frozen latte with espresso and syrup. I am in kidney failure and was very careful selecting my order. Coffee and espresso would KILL ME, that is why I did not order it. When I called tge store to explain the order was incorrect, the girls only response was bring it back and we'll replace it. I told her how far a drive it is an she repeated in a monotone, bring it back and we'll replace it. No apology at all. Horrible customer service and annorder that wasn't just WRONG, but in my case a potentially deadly mistake. Get employees who read the orders and ensure accuracy. Unacceptable

My husband stopped to get me a venti vanilla latte. When he gave it to me at home it seemed light so I opened the lid it and it was topped with at least 3 inches of foam on the top not to mention it didnt taste like there was any vanilla added. I basically got a tall tasteless latte for a venti price.

Stopped by for my usual frappe and cinnamon coffee cake. I clumsily dropped my cake, so I ordered another one and sat outside to enjoy the sunshine. Then out of nowhere, Aiko showed up with a fresh slice to replace the one I dropped—without me even asking. Totally made my day. Thank you, Aiko!
