Used the kiosk and got placed as lowest priority I ordered 3 drinks from the kiosk. After 10 minutes they still hadn’t called my name. Stood at the pickup window with 3 or 4 people working in front of me, nobody asked what I needed. When I talked to the supervisor I was told the priority was on the people standing at the counter, regardless of how long ago I ordered.
December 16,2024 Monday. 6.00pm only person was working with positive energy the girl who made my order with sleeve deserve appreciation. Her name is Sofia Five star ⭐️ for her . I don’t know who else is working on back but I can clearly hear their nonsense what they are saying very loudly in different language like I can translate for everyone so easy for you what I heard I don’t wanna work , stupid , and many more .One girl shouting like cows in barn .
The person working cash couldn’t understand my order of a plain bagel with butter, didn’t know if I payed when i drove up to the window. didn’t even heat the bagel up. never coming here again

I'm a regular at this location and usually I can say the service is very friendly, although it can be a bit busy in there sometimes the workers work with fairly decent pace. However, the server at the window today (2:00pm) was pretty disrespectful. I ordered a cold brew and when she handed it to me I could tell right off the bat, it didn't look like my usual order. Normally I would've just taken the loss and accepted the drink, but a LG is nearly $6, so instead I requested a new one. "Excuse me, I ordered a cold brew" she responded "it is a cold brew." I looked at my drink and back again at her and said "it looks like an iced coffee" and she responded with "it's a cold brew I make it myself." In hindsight her response is kind of funny, not because of her condescending tone, but because it's one of the only drinks on the menu you can tell by looking at it whether or not is had been made correctly or not. I understand mistakes happen and to me, it's no big deal but I'm extremely frustrated that I had to come in the restaurant to ask someone else to remake my drink, because the woman was more inclined to argue with me rather than correct a simple mistake. When I came into the restaurant the rest of the staff were quick to accommodate me and friendly while doing so, which I appreciate because I was in a hurry.

Just picked up my order a moment ago. They were very busy in drive-thru and had 2 staff working the front end (with a line of maybe 4 people waiting to order, and 4 more waiting for online orders) staff were amazing. I feel bad for all the bullying by customers they non-directly had to endure while I was in the store. The staff held their composure and were amazing. Great job to the two people working up front

Service is slow never gets our order right and seems like they never have anything prepped and made because legitimately they NEVER have what we ask for… chili, wedges, slow cooked chicken for wraps or even croissants like ever it’s weird

Speed of service would be nice ,.. coffee is fine .. normally would get the farmers sausage wrap.but it like biting into leather.this happens alot ..if there is a big sign out front that says fresh.that what we would expect.prices of meals are not cheap....also when going to drive thru order should be repeated back so the customer knows you have it right..why you worry about window time is beyond me
.give customers a good meal..maybe you would not get so many complaints..train your employees right.

I ordered 5 chicken wraps and the sea salt wedges ,paid for my order and was then told I had to come in because I was holding up the drive-through , ok I get it so after going inside and waiting 5 minutes or so was given my order and went on my way ,big mistake...."always check your order" long story short ,wraps were made wrong and no wedges..
