I ordered 2 cruellers because I saw them come out from the back, along with 2 small decaf coffees. I took my order to the car and parked at our destination and found out that in the bag was 2 stale glazed donuts. I’m not happy in the least - cruellers and honey glazed donuts do not sound the same. Very disappointed.

This tim's has hit rock bottom employees cant make a double double and wont even pass a coffee out the drive through window. You literally have to hang out your car window to get your coffee.

This one female worker just ruins my experience every time. She is so rude. And short. That's all I'll say. Also: the mobile pickup area is so stupid because they only have half of your order there. They give me my Timbits but for some stupid reason, my breakfast sandwiches are over where they make them. Why? MOBILE PICKUP! All of your food should be at that one location. So dumb

The New Minas Tim Hortons location is honestly one of the worst in the Valley. The food is wrong more often than not and even when it does come its often twenty minutes wait. The staff are rude and short with customers who just want a coffee. I wouldn't recomend this location to even use the washroom if you can avoid it. God awful service.

I’m finally taking the time to do this, but I’m sick of asking for food items and getting the opposite to what you ask for. Every time I order a wrap or sandwich and ask for no sauce, it comes with sauce. It’s simple but I’m sick of paying and then get something I don’t won’t. I would stay far away from Tim Hortons New Minas, the staff can’t get anything right.

Hi I was on this Tim Hortons today. I had three survey coupons. I wanted to use my survey coupons here on this Tim. The cash counter girl asked supervisor for the permission. And she was too rude to say that three coupons can’t be used at once. I asked to use two if not three. One tall height turban guy came over and said we can’t use those because our manager doesn’t allow it to use these coupons for French vanilla. The guy behaved rudely to us. If we can’t use them why do you guys even give those to your customers? Also I gave the full money and they gave half cup of those.

It felt like there were so many workers but there was no hustle from most of them, just taking their sweet time! Slowest moving drive thru ever + inside cash was super slow too, at 2:30pm on a Tuesday. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to wait a while :) our wraps were good though!

Poor experience here today. Inside service is seriously lacking. One person on order desk, taking several orders before making the items. Nine on drive through. Long line up inside. Poor service. Needed to have both order desks operating. Almost 15 minutes to get a coffee.
