It felt like there were so many workers but there was no hustle from most of them, just taking their sweet time! Slowest moving drive thru ever + inside cash was super slow too, at 2:30pm on a Tuesday. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to wait a while :) our wraps were good though!

Poor experience here today. Inside service is seriously lacking. One person on order desk, taking several orders before making the items. Nine on drive through. Long line up inside. Poor service. Needed to have both order desks operating. Almost 15 minutes to get a coffee.

New Minas Tim hortens is no longer like it use to be. Everytime I go in or anyone from my family goes in to order something, they never get the orders right, I have to repeat myself more then once and they still don’t get my order right or give it to someone else in line then also mess up there order. Not a happy costumer, and just think about the people that need to get to get to work have to fight with this everytime, even if they order one simple thing.

We just had a bad experience in Tim Hortons New Minas drive-thru tonight. We were asking if we can used our points to redeem the rewards and suddenly one of the staff “S” answered us very sarcastically with a smirk on her face and they both spoke their own language which offended us coz we are very sure that it was pertaining to us. It was a very unpleasant experienced. thank you.

I go to Tim Hortons all the time in New minas. And everytime I am there they mess up my order every single time. There is also alot of people ahead of me that also get their orders wrong. There was one day I ordered a breakfast wrap they forgot bacon? Then I asked for no Chipotle and they gave me Chipotle then they made a new one and had no cheese. It's quite frustrating I understand once in a while messing up but it seems to be everytime I go there they mess up everytime. Had a donut one day Boston cream had one little squirt of cream I had mentioned it to them and their response was I didn't make them. I don't care who made them I'm telling you it sucked. Just some of them are horrible customer service 😕 maybe tell your workers to read the slip properly.
