“We were served by Nirmal, it was just coming onto lunch time and he was working alone waiting for his coworker to arrive, the minute we walked in he had such a good cheer and welcomed us as if we had been friends for years. We were indecisive of what we wanted to order and he was the most patient person and recommended a few options, service and and quality of our sandwiches were excellent! “Mcdonald's food is good - consistent across the country. The service is excellent. However, the kiosks with all their bells and whistles are far from intuitive. Redeeming reward points is limited to certain items. What's the point if you can't use them to get something you want. Come-on, Mcdonald's, try harder. Fix the kiosks and the app, or bring back the tills.”
