“I woke up on Sunday morning hungry and thought why not order Subway sandwich, and so I did. Drove down to the store and it was packed! So I waited in line, for over 30 mins. When it was finally my turn, the guy said they haven't even touch the mobile order yet. WHY NOT?! Isn't mobile order suppose to be quick, that means everyone who got to the store in person was ahead of me even if I did sent in my order way before them. So then the guy proceeds to make my sandwich after standing in line for over 30 mins and he makes the wrong sandwich. I know they had been busy and trying to filter through as many customers as they can BUT they aren't even organize as the guy shuffled through receipt to find my order. Got home and my sandwich folded open and everything fell out. They clearly need to be more organized! I don't mind waiting a bit longer if my sandwich was packed in nicely. Instead they chose quantity over quality. Not good!“
