Consistent, friendly, fast. Even with long lines, they get through the orders very quickly. Ordered multiple types of coffee, and breakfast and it was all perfect.
Tim Hortons has changed significantly since the newest owners of the chain started reversing course. These simple coffee shops have become full, fast-food restaurants. They only have 2-3 employees on shift, maximum. Due to the overwhelming amount of orders from third party vendors, online ordering and prioritizing the drive through over the in-store customers. Tim Hortons offers excellent service with friendly staff who care about their customers. The atmosphere is warm and comfy, reflecting east coast hospitality. While some menu items like the Sweet Thai Chilli wrap may not always meet expectations, there is a wide variety of coffee, baked goods, and breakfast options available. Although service speed can vary, the staff is efficient and accommodating. Ensuring hot beverages are served at the right temperature could enhance the overall experience for customers.
