You may as well have been talking to a brick wall when it comes to customer service. After standing at the till for 5 minutes with getting weird looks from employees, one finally rolled her eyes and begrudgingly walked over. Our experiences here have been awful. The most recent trip every item in our order was wrong. When handed my tea, the syrup was spilt all down the side and was extremely sticky. When I pointed it out and asked for a new cup, the employee rolled her eyes and quite literally slammed a second cup on the counter and walked away. Ordered 4 double cheese burgers. 2 came with no pickle and 2 came with no onion. Absolutely no consistency with how they make the burgers. Even the fries came with no salt. The chicken nuggets are so tiny now. Shrinkification? The thing they didn't mess up was the Large coke.
