Too slow. The staff were all talking to each other instead of taking orders. After about 5 minutes, Lori finally took my order, but I noticed she placed it off to the side and seemed to forget about it.

Curbside pickup is no longer convenient at this location. After checking in for my order and parking, per usual, I was redirected to the drive-thru line, meaning I had to wait in the same long line as everyone else, still use the drive thru window, etc. There's no point in pre-ordering if you don't save yourself the drive thru experience or time.
It's a rotten Ronnie's your not getting fine dining, but if your nice to the employees you'll get your food.
