“I went through the drive thru today and the young lady I dealt with was just super sweet and helpful. I believe her name was Hailey. I was asking about the icer drinks and mentioned I liked strawberry lemonade and she kindly offered to make me a drink with half strawberry icer and half lemonade. She definitely went above and beyond!“

“I was having a bad day, but I came in here, got a friendly greeting and a fresh-made burger with a sack of fries that had started the day as fresh potatoes, and things looked a whole lot better.

The myriad of available toppings was outstanding, and if you’re not in the mood for a burger, you can try the poutine or the tacos!“

“Ordered a teen burger with a smash patty in the drive thru. No order display in the drive thru and no mention of an extra $2.50+tax fee for smash patty. After paying in full and asking for receipt I asked why the fee... she told me the fee is higher because the smashburgers cost them more because they're real beef??? I suggested her manager may not appreciate her suggesting that a regular teen doesn't come with 'real' beef. I also let her know I was aware that the patties used are the same...just weighted while cooking. Luckily, without asking she refunded the extra fee. The burger was delicious and what could have been considered poor service resolved itself and left me happy. To A&W head office...please eliminate the extra fee or provide staff with better positioning statement for the ridiculous up charge.“

“I am usually quite fond of Dairy Queen and have enjoyed many excellent visits over the years. Unfortunately, this particular occasion was not among them.

The Blizzard arrived in a rather concerning state. It was already nearing the consistency of a milkshake, and the cup had become so soft that it deformed with the slightest pressure. Something was clearly amiss.

I remain a loyal admirer of Dairy Queen, but I would kindly suggest a thorough inspection and maintenance of the ice cream equipment. A Blizzard should inspire confidence when turned upside down, not concern for its well-being.

“Fast-food late-night meal while travelling.. Wendy's is a good fit for keto . Caesar salad and baconator. Lose the bun and ketchup. This Wendy's had a wonderful friendly lady serving the drive through late last night. Lots of friendly service staff out there, but some are memorable enough that I had to leave a review.thanks!“
