“We had a problem with an order not being completed a few months ago, I spoke with a waitress, got bounced around to another person and finally spoke with Sarah in an office. She listened to my complaints and completely solved my problem. I have to admit I was really aggressive and was surprised she actually listened without hanging up on me. Because of this, I will continue to give the Owl my business every time I pass through town. Thank you for doing such a great job!”

“The food was authentic, fresh, and delicious! I had salt and pepper shrimp and it was spectacular, it’s not on the menu but you should definitely try it! My sister had chicken with veggies and she loved it. The woman who took our order was also cooking, so it was definitely fresh, was very sweet! You should eat here.”

“Flubbed up one of the orders but it was also really late so I don't blame them, it was a one patty difference on a double cheeseburger. They hold off on making your ice cream until you're done with your meal which is very kind!”
