Appreciate the hard work
I have been here twice now. The team is working great together. I was disappointed on my second visit around 11am. I ordered a cinnamon roll to have for dessert after my sandwich and it was hard as rock. I tried microwaving it for a few seconds to soften it, but it did not help. This was a shame as it was just under $5. Rotating pastries is very important when you are charging a premium for them.
FINALLY! So happy and excited for this in Carson! My breakfast bagel was absolutely AMAZING!! Spinach Florentine bagel with egg, cheddar, bacon, and jalapeño salsa spread. Thank you Einsteins! I will be back!!

Einstein Bros. Bagels opened in Carson City two weeks ago. The team works great together and staff has a good attitude, even when the store is behind. Customers praise the fresh, soft bagels toasted just right. The Spinach Florentine bagel with egg, cheddar, bacon, and jalapeño salsa spread is described as absolutely amazing. The Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich is also praised for being cooked just right. Coffee is strong, with vanilla tasting like black coffee, and caramel slightly better but not a caramel coffee. Some bagels, such as the jalapeño cheddar bagel, have jalapeños piled on the same spot, and one bagel had barely any cream cheese. A cinnamon roll was hard as rock and did not soften when microwaved. The store is busy, so arriving early or pre‑ordering online is suggested. Despite staffing and supply issues, such as being out of ketchup, the service is friendly and the variety of bagels is appreciated. Places that sell out are probably good, and the business is doing its best while still starting out.
