Looking for a new place to eat at in Carson City can sometimes be challenging. Especially if you want great food and great service as well. Well grab your golf clubs, or maybe not, they don't require them to eat there, and head over to Mallards at the Empire Ranch Golf Course. The menu is just large enough to satisfy most peoples desire for a great breakfast or lunch meal without being lost with too many selections which usually results in a lack of overall quality of the food....read full review

This is a good place to come for a easy lunch. The menu is small, but the food tastes decent. Not as good as it once was, but pretty good. Service is good as you might be the only one in there till golf lets out. Patty melt was decent.

I'm not much of a golfer, but I do like coming out here to the Mallard's restaurant here at Empire Golf Course in East Carson City. The views are nice and the food is pretty decent. I've had no problems with service or food here, but some yelpers only post to complain I guess.It's rarely crowded here unless someone is hosting an event here. The service is fine usually.
