I needed a place to cool off and a Chai Tea. I figured I might test out the new training employees recently received regarding how to treat non-purchasing customers. I sat down, read my IPad, charged my camera battery before ordering online. No employees ever acknowledged me even though more than five were present and having a staff meeting onsite.
