They lock their door to prevent access to a trash can and refuse to take any trash at the drive thru window.Clearly they the owner of this Starbucks is insistent that we all drown in old coffee cups. This is a basic courtesy that you’ve locked up. Put a trash can outside your door if you’re going to demand to inconvenience your entire client base.

The Starbucks experience I recently encountered today afternoon was truly exceptional, surpassing all my previous visits. The individual assisting us with our order displayed an extraordinary level of patience, meticulously ensuring every detail was perfectly tailored to our preferences. I really appreciate the entire staff, particularly the individual who facilitated our order. A day can be made wonderful by one such individual.

Staff was friendly and my drink order was fine bit I am bummed because the chargers weren't working. Not sure if this is a new policy because I know some people tend to linger and I heard that Stabucks was changing "policies".

Sadly, this is one of the worst Starbucks in Carson City. The store is undergoing a remodel, and should not be open. The dining area is filthy, covered with particles from the removed overhead ceiling tiles. There is a giant step ladder leaning against the windows, and none of the power outlets at the seating areas are working. The management is so obviously rattled by the remodel work going on in the store, while it's trying to operate, twice he put half and half in a cup of coffee that I ordered with non-fat milk. There is no reason this Starbucks must remain open during this remodel. There are plenty of Starbucks stores in Carson City.

I was banned from this store when I complained to a manager about an employee being rude to me and INTENTIONALLY shorting my order, also after I was informed that was then 2nd time my order has been tampered with.

this is the closest starbucks to me so i've given it a lot of tries but almost every time they have messed up my order. i've had missing ingredients on sandwiches (probably a factory problem so whatever), they almost always make my drinks wrong, and the past few times my hot sandwiches have been cold in the middle. today i went through the drive thru and ordered two hot lunch sandwiches. i also asked if they had any yogurt parfaits, which the worker said no. my sandwiches were both cold in the middle again so i went inside hoping to have them fix it. the worker in front was helpful as she made us new sandwiches, but she was rude and kept making dirty looks. also, there were multiple yogurts in the front so i guess the worker before didn't feel like checking. this location will mess up your order or make it with a bad mood. i work in food too so i get it, mistakes are made and bad days happen, but they shouldn't happen every time :(

Lots of mixed reviews here. I just visited today and my experience was great. I visit Carson City only 1-2 times a year, and I believe I've been to this location 3-4 times because it's just before going up Hwy 50 to South Lake Tahoe.Anyway, I've never had a problem here. Like a lot of people, I'm sure I've been to 100 different SB in various locations, and this one passes the test for having excellent service, consistent beverages and a nice space to sit.Today, as a walk-in, I was greeted right away and my complicated 3-item order was prepared perfectly. The cashier / barista handling the inside customers was friendly, accurate and made everything very quickly. Great job all of you at this SB!
