Their customer service is not okay the morning crew is a disaster and is rude!! When someone who doesn’t come here very often gets treated like crap is not okay!!! I highly recommend you find new workers for the morning!! Also them talking crap about a customer over the headset is not okay that is very rude and disrespectful!!
A big shout out to the two young ladies working around 11:30 today, 03/02/25. These two were working so hard while the drive through was busy. They were also able to keep up with lobby and keep smiles on their faces!
Third time I went. Third time the coffee was ice cold. When I went to complain she admitted it was the end of the pot so it was cold. I got my money back sans the tip. Never going back.
