“After dinner and visiting a friend, we decided to grab a quick sweet treat from DQ! 🍦

Sadly, the DQ in Fernley closed awhile back. I honestly think if they had a drive-thru, they probably could have stayed open for business.

Of course, I had to get my favorite chocolate-dipped cone! 🍫🍦 DQ has the best!

Tonight, the person taking our order was really pleasant and provided one of the better customer service experiences we’ve had here. We believe he was also the same person working the drive-thru.

He was a young adult, possibly a high school or college student, and I believe his name may have been Lucas? I’m not 100% sure, but if that’s correct, I definitely wanted to give him a shoutout for being friendly and pleasant!

Sometimes it’s the little things that make a quick stop a good experience. 😊“

The employees are always super nice for a drink I love the lime recharger it has red bull in it and I have them add nerds always ask them for light ice or you will end up with a cup of snow when you drink the liquid out“
